VNG Norge awarded shares in six licences in APA 2011

 

The Norwegian government has decided to award 60 production licences in connection with Awards in Predefined Areas 2011 (APA 2011). VNG Norge has been awarded shares in six licences, four of which are operatorships.

 

 
VNG Norge has been awarded operatorships in production licences 641 (70%), 643 (40%), 597 B (40%) and 649 (40%), as well as shares in licences 655 (20%) and 635 (30%).

All the four operatorships that have been awarded and licence 655 are situated in the Norwegian Sea, while licence 635 is located in the northern part of the North Sea.
