We face a number of exciting field developments over the coming years. Bringing discoveries on stream is an important part of our strategy.
An asset organisation for the discoveries in PL 586 was in place June 2014 – before drilling operations were completed. DG0 – the decision to start feasibility studies for field development was passed in November that same year. DG1 was passed in 2015, and the BOK-report (Beslutning om konkretisering) was submitted to the authorities. DG2 was passed in February 2017.
On the Solsort discovery in the Danish North Sea, an appraisal well with sidetracks was drilled in the autumn of 2013. An extensive data collection programme was carried out. Concept selection studies are ongoing.
In November 2013, a discovery was made on the Snilehorn prospect (now Bauge field), PL 348 in the Norwegian Sea. The partners in PL 348 B have selected a tie-back of solution to the Njord field.
